Ps. 109,1 Ein Psalm Davids, vorzusingen. Gott, mein Ruhm, schweige nicht!
Ps. 109,2 Denn sie haben ihr gottloses und falsches Maul gegen mich aufgetan und reden wider mich mit falscher Zunge;
Ps. 109,3 und sie reden giftig wider mich allenthalben und streiten wider mich ohne Ursache.
Ps. 109,4 Dafür, daß ich sie liebe, sind sie wider mich; ich aber bete.
Ps. 109,5 Sie beweisen mir Böses um Gutes und Haß um Liebe.
Ps. 109,6 Setze Gottlose über ihn; und der Satan müsse stehen zu seiner Rechten.
Ps. 109,7 Wenn er gerichtet wird, müsse er verdammt ausgehen, und sein Gebet müsse Sünde sein.
Ps. 109,8 Seiner Tage müssen wenige werden, und sein Amt müsse ein anderer empfangen.
Ps. 109,9 Seine Kinder müssen Waisen werden und sein Weib eine Witwe.
Ps. 109,10 Seine Kinder müssen in der Irre gehen und betteln und suchen, als die verdorben sind.
Ps. 109,11 Es müsse der Wucherer aussaugen alles, was er hat; und Fremde müssen seine Güter rauben.
Ps. 109,12 Und niemand müsse ihm Gutes tun, und niemand erbarme sich seiner Waisen.
Ps. 109,13 Seine Nachkommen müssen ausgerottet werden; ihr Name werde im andern Glied vertilgt.
Ps. 109,14 Seiner Väter Missetat müsse gedacht werden vor dem HERRN, und seiner Mutter Sünde müsse nicht ausgetilgt werden.
Ps. 109,15 Der HERR müsse sie nimmer aus den Augen lassen, und ihr Gedächtnis müsse ausgerottet werden auf Erden,
Ps. 109,16 darum daß er so gar keine Barmherzigkeit hatte, sondern verfolgte den Elenden und Armen und Betrübten, daß er ihn tötete.
Ps. 109,17 Und er wollte den Fluch haben, der wird ihm auch kommen; er wollte den Segen nicht, so wird er auch ferne von ihm bleiben.
Ps. 109,18 Er zog an den Fluch wie sein Hemd; der ist in sein Inwendiges gegangen wie Wasser, und wie Öl in seine Gebeine;
Ps. 109,19 So werde er ihm wie ein Kleid, das er anhabe, und wie ein Gürtel, mit dem er allewege sich gürte.
Ps. 109,20 So geschehe denen vom HERRN, die mir zuwider sind und reden Böses wider meine Seele.
Ps. 109,21 Aber du, Herr, HERR, sei du mit mir um deines Namens willen; denn deine Gnade ist mein Trost: errette mich!
Ps. 109,22 Denn ich bin arm und elend; mein Herz ist zerschlagen in mir.
Ps. 109,23 Ich fahre dahin wie ein Schatten, der vertrieben wird, und werde verjagt wie die Heuschrecken.
Ps. 109,24 Meine Kniee sind schwach von Fasten, und mein Fleisch ist mager und hat kein Fett.
Ps. 109,25 Und ich muß ihr Spott sein; wenn sie mich sehen, schütteln sie ihren Kopf.
Ps. 109,26 Stehe mir bei, HERR, mein Gott! hilf mir nach deiner Gnade,
Ps. 109,27 daß sie innewerden, daß dies sei deine Hand, daß du, HERR, solches tust.
Ps. 109,28 Fluchen sie, so segne du. Setzen sie sich wider mich, so sollen sie zu Schanden werden; aber dein Knecht müsse sich freuen.
Ps. 109,29 Meine Widersacher müssen mit Schmach angezogen werden und mit ihrer Schande bekleidet werden wie ein Rock.
Ps. 109,30 Ich will dem HERRN sehr danken mit meinem Munde und ihn rühmen unter vielen.
Ps. 109,31 Denn er steht dem Armen zur Rechten, daß er ihm helfe von denen, die sein Leben verurteilen.
